Job summary

Redstone is seeking a Residential Maintenance Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize daily work for the Residential Maintenance team across the portfolio. The role focuses on developing technician schedules that maximize productivity, minimize travel time, and ensure timely work order completion while serving as the central intake point for residential maintenance requests.

You will report to the Residential Facilities Director and collaborate with Resident Services and the Residential

Qualifications

• Build and maintain technician schedules using prioritization guidelines.
• Own daily and weekly scheduling across the portfolio, balancing emergencies and due dates.
• Coordinate with Resident Services for tenant communications and access.
• Utilize CRM/CMMS and Microsoft tools to manage work orders and backlog.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily and weekly scheduling of Residential Maintenance Technicians.
• Build and maintain schedules balancing emergencies and due dates.
• Optimize routes to reduce travel time between properties.
• Notify residents of upcoming appointments and changes; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Manage backlog and prioritize aged or high-impact orders for timely completion.
