Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
