Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN or RN professionals for our Residential Program in Fall River and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services in a 24-hour supported home environment, including medication administration and daily living support.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license is required.
• Background check and a valid driver’s license are required.
• TB screening and a Physical are required upon hire with a TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured daily routines including house meetings, outings, meals, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution while upholding human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs per the Individual Service Plans.
• De-escalation and crisis management may be required to ensure safety.
