Job summary

CHC Addiction Services is seeking a full-time LPN to travel between our female and male residential programs in the Akron area. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm, with duties including administration of methadone and buprenorphine, charting, EKGs, urine collection, and patient follow-up.

Minimum requirements include graduation from a certified LPN program, current Ohio LPN license and CPR certification, a high school diploma, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Graduate of certified LPN program.
• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• High school diploma.
• Clean driving record.
• Meets CHC requirement to not be restricted from exposure to medication by any governing body.
• Training in First Aid and CPR preferred.

CHC is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. CHC has been a critical part of Ohio’s efforts to treat and prevent substance use disorders since 1974. We are currently seeking a full-time LPN to travel between our female and male residential programs.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm.

Duties

• Administering methadone and buprenorphine

• Following up with patients as needed
• Some back office clerical duties
