Job summary

CHC Addiction Services in Akron, OH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Outpatient MAT team. This role focuses on building trust with patients while providing nursing care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The position offers a consistent weekday schedule, with afternoons free and weekend coverage on a rotating basis. You will work closely with providers to administer MAT medications and support recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer methadone and buprenorphine.
• Provide direct nursing care.
• Perform EKGs and blood draws.
• Collect urine drug screens.
• Room patients and assist providers.
• Complete electronic charting.
• Follow up with patients as needed.
• Assist with administrative duties.
