Responsibilities

• Provide residents with a safe, clean, structured living environment to foster retention, satisfaction, achievement and success.
• Supervise and manage residential staff.
• Coordinate staff coverage to supervise student areas and maintain substitute lists.
• Interview and evaluate staff performance; recommend hires/terminations.
• Ensure staff comply with break requirements and report incidents promptly.
• Oversee student dorm leadership programs and provide case management support to students.
