Job summary

Bizzell Group seeks a full-time Residential Services & Student Store Associate for Guthrie Job Corps. The role supports students in a safe living environment, operates the student store, and coordinates activities while ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate’s degree in a human services field is preferred.
• Minimum one year working with youth or related experience is required.
• ServSafe Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates the student store/kiosk during assigned hours, providing courteous and professional customer service to students while accurately processing sales and handling cash or other approved payment methods.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels of snacks, beverages, and other approved merchandise; stocks, organizes, and cleans the student store and reports supply needs as necessary.
• Maintains orderly, clean-living conditions by scheduling and supervising clean-up and submitting repair requests.
• Provides supervision for the cafeteria, laundry, special activities (on and off Center), and other areas of the program as scheduled or assigned.
• Maintains logbooks and CIS entries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Transports students to various activities and events as needed.
