Job summary

Bizzell Group is seeking a Residential Living Supervisor for our center in the New Haven area. The role focuses on supervising dormitory operations, maintaining safe living conditions, and coordinating student activities to promote responsibility and personal growth.

The position requires strong communication, time management, and teamwork to support counselors, instructors, and staff in a 24/7 environment. Prior experience with youth in housing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dormitory operations and ensure orderly, clean living conditions.
• Oversee cafeteria, laundry, activities and other program areas as scheduled.
• Maintain communication with students' counselors and staff.
• Keep logbooks and CIS entries accurate and up-to-date.
• Transport students to activities and ensure safety and security.
