Job summary

This rewarding position comes with a $350 sign-on bonus eligible for those scheduled for at least 20 hours a week.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a residential setting serving individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean home environment for residents.
• Provide instruction in daily living skills including personal care.
• Support residents in developing independence and achieving goals.
• Document resident progress and goal achievement.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to teach and guide positive behaviors

Ability to build respectful relationships

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Support individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
