Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in client training to assure client objectives and company goals are achieved.
• Provides direct residential staff supervision and implements staff corrective actions as required.
• Leads staff scheduling, orientation, and trainings; resolves employee problems.
• Coordinates incident report investigations and ensures documentation is completed accurately.
