Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in higher education facilities, operations, or community development is preferred.
• Proficiency with Maxient and Workday.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management and maintenance updates for a complex of residential communities.
• Coordinate with Facilities Services and campus security for timely issue resolution and safety.
• Manage move-in/move-out processes and building preparedness.
• Supervise student workers and provide staff training and development.
