Job summary

The position oversees student leadership, staff supervision, and training, with a focus on learning environments, engagement, and student success on campus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree; would consider a bachelor’s level with four years related experience by start date.
• At least three years of relevant work experience in student leadership, advising, campus housing, outreach, etc.
• Experience in student leadership, advising, or housing on a higher education campus; supervision experience.
• Effective written communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Residence Hall Association and supervise live‑in Residence Hall Director staff.
• Oversee training for Housing and Residential Life staff and para-professionals.
• Advise on community engagement within residence halls and act as department expert on community life.
