Located in Brookings, SD, this is a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible position with collaborative leadership responsibilities and opportunities to strengthen student development and campus life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; a bachelor’s with relevant experience may be considered.
• Three years of relevant work experience in student leadership, advising, housing, outreach, or student affairs.
• Ability to work as a contributing team member and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build residential learning environments that promote holistic development, leadership, and student success.
• Serve as advisor for the Residence Hall Association.
• Supervise Residence Hall Director staff and training processes.
• Provide guidance on community engagement within residence halls.
