Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead move-in/move-out and contract management for housing operations.
• Supervise professional staff, graduate assistants, and student employees.
• Coordinate collaboration with campus partners to support residential operations.
• Develop and execute housing communications and marketing strategies.
• Provide on-call crisis response and student conduct support.
• Participate in senior leadership functions.
