Job summary

Edconic is seeking a Senior Program Advisor for its Pre-College 2027 program in Rochester, MN. This live-in role supports residential life for high school students, supervising program counselors and engaging students on campus.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or current college enrollment, 2+ years in residential life, CPR certification, and references. Housing is provided; the role involves afternoon/evening shifts and some travel within Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or currently in college required.
• 2+ years of residential life experience (summer camp, boarding school, college campus) required.
• CPR certified or willingness to obtain prior to start of program.
• Two references required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong, safe, and inclusive residential life community.
• Set up residential spaces prior to student arrival and hold floor meetings with program counselors.
• Disseminate important information to the community and conduct evening room-checks.
• Escort students to off-campus programs and events as needed.
• Mediate roommate and peer conflicts and enforce program policies.
• Complete room checks for a minimum of 5 nights per week.
• Assist with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and related software.
