Job summary

Edconic seeks a Senior Program Advisor to support residential life for its Pre-College 2027 program. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, inclusive community, supervising staff, and coordinating events with high school students in a housing-provided, live-in position.

The position requires working afternoons/evenings, strong communication, and a commitment to youth wellbeing, with training and onboarding before program start.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or currently in college required.
• 2+ years of residential life experience required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Two references required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong, safe, and inclusive residential life community.
• Set up residential spaces before student arrival and lead floor meetings.
• Perform evening room-checks and document incidents in SMS.
• Escort students to events when programming occurs off-campus.
• Enforce program policies and document violations to ensure safety.
• Mediate roommate and peer conflicts.
• Manage student and staff interactions using SMS software.
• Complete room checks for a minimum of five nights per week.
• Live onsite, flexible schedule with housing provided.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or currently in college

2+ years of residential life experience
