Job summary

Edconic in Rochester, MN is seeking a Program Advisor for its Pre-College 2027 program to support residential life and student engagement on campus.

This live-in role offers housing, up to 40 hours per week, and the opportunity to mentor high school students while collaborating with the Residential Hall Director and staff.

Applicants should be legally authorized to work in the U.S., hold a bachelor’s degree or be currently enrolled, and be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or currently in college.
• 1+ years of residential life experience.
• CPR certified or willing to obtain prior to start.
• Two references required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a safe, inclusive residential life community.
• Set up spaces before arrivals and conduct floor meetings.
• Document incidents using SMS and escort students to events.
• Plan and lead recreational and social activities on campus.
• Support administrative tasks with tech tools (Orah, Pronto, Canvas, MS Office).
• Live on campus and manage duties up to 40 hours per week.
