Qualifications

• Heart for ministry and comfort working with poor and homeless families.
• Ability to deescalate crises and work with diverse populations.
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.
• Must have computer literacy with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the therapeutic team with staff counselors and case managers.
• Ensure safety and security of families per policy and procedures.
• Document progress updates in electronic platforms for CLA team.
• Monitor residential hall and manage visitors; call police or emergency services when appropriate.
• Intervene in crisis situations and provide guidance for residential issues; assist with after-hours duties.
