Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the residential lending strategy to support growth and profitability.
• Establish and monitor loan production targets, pipeline, turn times and pricing.
• Lead, mentor and develop staff; manage policies, procedures and compliance.
• Oversee the full mortgage cycle from application to post-closing and ensure quality.
• Evaluate and implement LOS and mortgage technology to improve efficiency.
• Manage secondary market activities including loan sales, securitization and investor relationships.
• Oversee HMDA data integrity and reporting.
• Prepare and present lending reports to senior leadership and the Board.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships supporting lending operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, guidelines and policies.
