Job summary

ARTISAN is seeking a Leasing Professional to support leasing and resident experience at our multifamily community. You will lead tours, present community features, and deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year in sales, and strong computer skills. On-site posting specifies a pay range, and familiarity with Real Page is a plus. A driver’s license is required to operate in Des Moines, IA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ years in a sales-oriented role; 6+ months on-site leasing experience or mix of customer service and sales education.
• Superior sales ability and a proactive approach to leasing.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Real Page experience preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing from tour to move-in to deliver a smooth experience.
• Showcase community features to align with prospect needs.
• Maintain accurate resident files and lease documents.
• Follow up to support occupancy and retention goals.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events and improve traffic.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and maintain relationships.
