Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year in a sales-oriented role with on-site leasing experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing and lease documents.
• Highlight community features to meet prospect needs and drive leases.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-ups with prospects and residents.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors to aid decision-making.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events and improve tenant relations.
