You will use creative marketing and strong communication to meet occupancy goals, support renewals, and coordinate events with team members in a fast-paced Midwest environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ years in a sales-oriented role; on-site leasing experience a plus.
• Superior sales ability and customer service mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features to match prospects' needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-ups.
• Plan and organize resident events with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of community and competitors to assist decisions.
• Handle lease documents, resident files, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Promote positive resident relations with timely responses.
• Other duties as assigned.
