Job summary

WePartner Group in Duluth, GA, is seeking a full-time Leasing/Property Manager for its Atlanta-area headquarters. You will lead leasing campaigns, manage resident relations, and coordinate property operations with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

The role requires a current real estate license, 3+ years in residential and multifamily leasing/management, and proficiency with AppFolio and GAR forms. In-office work once per week with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, active real estate license required.
• 3+ years as a licensed real estate agent with residential SFR and multifamily leasing/management experience.
• Strong leasing skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with AppFolio and knowledge of GAR forms and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing and marketing for listed properties to maximize value.
• Schedule showings, open houses, and move-in/move-out walkthroughs.
• Perform tenant screening in line with company standards and owner requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and manage community operations.
• Collect rents, issue notices, and handle evictions/collections as needed.
• Manage annual budgets, CNM communications, and property improvements.
• Lead special projects and collaborate with all departments.
