Qualifications

• Prior customer service, residential leasing, or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents to ensure the highest-quality living experience.
• Responsible for prompt and positive responses to tenant requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Preparation, dispatching, and tracking of tenant work orders.
• General correspondence for the team.
• Spreadsheet preparation and ongoing maintenance updates.
• Capable of speedy yet accurate data entry.
• May contribute to resident retention efforts, including retention programs and community events.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks of the leasing office or additional projects as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
