Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants via telephone, email, and in person, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, presenting units and amenities and discussing terms.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, explain lease terms and required documents.
• Certify applicant eligibility following government regulations and company qualifications.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, including applications, unit status, and resident interactions.
• Communicate with the property manager about complaints or disturbances as needed.
