TruGreen in Indian Trail, NC is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service assigned residential properties along a daily route. You will apply lawn care treatments, assess customer needs, and build lasting relationships with clients while working independently outdoors.

Training is provided, and licensed candidates may start with higher pay. This role offers a stable schedule, overtime opportunities in peak season, and a path for career growth within TruGreen.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

What You’ll Do

What To Expect

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day
