TruGreen is seeking aResidential Lawn Care Technician in Mooresville, NC to service homes along a defined route. You will drive a company vehicle, apply lawn care treatments, and build lasting relationships with customers while working outdoors in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Speak, read and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information on a tablet.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely

What To Expect

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
