The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential landscaping, strong project-management skills, and knowledge of desert-friendly plants and irrigation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of desert-adapted plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trucks and trailers preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential landscape projects from initial planning through final installation and client walkthrough.
• Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment scheduling to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Communicate directly with homeowners to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Source and manage materials, plants, and supplies in coordination with vendors and suppliers.
