A to Z Tree and Turf LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a driven Residential Landscape Project Manager to lead outdoor transformations from concept to completion.

The role requires overseeing projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring on-time delivery with high quality. You will communicate with homeowners, review scopes and budgets, and ensure safety and compliance with local codes while upholding our standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee residential landscape projects from initial planning through final installation and client walkthrough.
• Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment scheduling to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Communicate directly with homeowners to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Review project scopes, budgets, and timelines to maintain profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality control and adherence to design plans.
• Source and manage materials, plants, and supplies in coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential landscape projects from initial planning through final installation and client walkthrough
• Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment scheduling to ensure on-time project delivery
• Communicate directly with homeowners to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction
• Review project scopes, budgets, and timelines to maintain profitability and efficiency
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality control and adherence to design plans
• Source and manage materials, plants, and supplies in coordination with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in residential landscaping, horticulture, or a related field
• Proven project management experience overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of desert-adapted plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trucks and trailers preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
