Job summary

A to Z Tree & Turf in Phoenix is seeking an Experienced Landscape Crew Member/Laborer. Offering $18-$20 per hour based on experience, the role requires a valid driver's license and dependability. Future Opening: Experienced Landscaper with Valid Driver License

A to Z Tree & Turf, LLC builds & services some of the largest, most prestigious residential landscapes in the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Phoenix areas. We are currently looking for Landscape Construction / Improvement Laborers & Foreman with valid driver’s license. Bilingual is a plus.

Position Available: Experienced Landscape Crew Member / Laborer

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour. Depending on Experience.

Status: Full Time

Position Requirements

• Must have Valid Driver License with a Clean Record
  • Must be willing and able to labor
• Must be dependable & reliable, show up on time when scheduled
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the yard, we will provide transportation to the jobsite
• Work 8-10+ hours per day Monday through Friday
• Must be able to work overtime as needed during busy season
• Must have clean appearance & good attitude towards crew & customers
• Must be able to follow direction from superintendent & management
• Must use & maintain safety / personal protective equipment
• Must be able to use gas powered mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, etc.
• Must be able to use hand tools such as shovels, picks & digging bars
• Must have some experience with Landscape Irrigation Systems
• Other duties as directed and or assigned by management

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

• Ability to lift and carry 50 to 60 lb.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand and twist continuously throughout the day
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to understand heat illness, take lunch & adequate water breaks
• Ability to work in extreme Arizona temperatures 100+ degrees in summer
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of previous Landscape experience
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus but not required
