Roguesearch is seeking a motivated Land Acquisition Manager to support its growing residential homebuilding operations in Southern New Jersey. You will source, evaluate, negotiate, and close deals for residential lots and smaller development opportunities.

Build relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and developers; conduct due diligence, assess feasibility with internal teams, and drive opportunities from prospecting to closing.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to source and pursue residential land opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills for acquisition transactions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with owners and brokers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Knowledge of Southern New Jersey real estate market preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue residential land acquisition opportunities, incl. vacant lots and development sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, brokers, and developers.
• Conduct targeted prospecting to generate a steady deal pipeline.
• Evaluate properties based on location, demand, utilities, zoning, and development potential.
• Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms with owners and representatives.
• Coordinate due diligence, surveys, and permitting considerations.
• Partner with engineering, construction, and finance teams to assess feasibility.
• Manage acquisitions from identification to closing and maintain pipeline against goals.
