Job summary

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court is seeking a part-time Work Detail Coordinator in Probation Services. The role provides on-site supervision to juveniles aged 11-20 at work sites, guides behavior, and documents participation.

You will drive youths to sites, communicate with parents, and collaborate with probation officers and other staff to support rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities include recording evaluations, enforcing program rules, and locating new work sites.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; ability to learn job requirements; background check required.
• Experience with at-risk youth preferred.
• Criminal background check required.
• Must document identity and employment eligibility within three days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise juveniles at work sites and monitor participation.
• Drive juveniles to and from work sites.
• Contact parents to discuss youth progress and issues.
• Prepare behavior reports and attendance records.
• Identify new work sites and inform supervisor.
