You’ll develop model home concepts, stage designs, and maintain an organized design center. The position requires 4–7 years of residential interior design experience, with structured collaboration

Qualifications

• Formal education in Interior Design is required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Able to apply color, texture, finishes, materials, and space planning to client projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client timetable, budget, and key needs.
• Coordinate material selections, quotes, orders, deliveries, and installation timelines.
• Develop interior and exterior concepts for model homes and contribute to plan revisions.
• Participate in production meetings and ensure design details align with project timelines.
