Job summary

Interior Logic Group in Tacoma, WA is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to partner with homebuyers and guide design from concept to final selections. You will manage the end-to-end design process, liaise with sales and construction teams, and ensure design proposals meet budgets and builder specs.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of residential design experience, a bachelor's in Interior Design, and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
• Interior Design certification/licensure where required.
• 2–5 years of professional interior design experience; residential/design studio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with homebuyers to assess preferences and design vision.
• Provide guidance on space planning, finishes, and overall interior design concepts.
• Prepare and present design proposals, boards, and cost estimates with accurate documentation.
• Manage end-to-end design process, coordinating with sales, construction, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Interpret builder guidelines and schedules to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
• Maintain current product knowledge through vendor training and industry research.
