Job summary

Interior Logic Group in Tacoma, WA is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to partner with homebuyers, guiding finishes, materials, and upgrades in line with builder specs. You will manage the end-to-end design process and maintain studio standards.

The role requires a bachelor's in interior design (or related) with 2–5 years' experience, strong space planning and sales acumen, and familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• Interior Design certification or licensure where required.
• 2–5 years of professional interior design experience; residential or design studio experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with homebuyers to assess preferences and design vision.
• Provide guidance on space planning, finishes, materials, and interior design concepts.
• Prepare design proposals, boards, and cost estimates with accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end design process—from initial consultation through final selections—coordinating with sales, construction, vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain design studio displays, product knowledge, and visual presentation standards.
• Lead design studio orientations and client education sessions.
