Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design custom homes, additions, and major remodels.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and details.
• Prepare construction documents for permitting and bidding.
• Coordinate with consultants and ensure code compliance.
• Support design-build collaboration with estimators and project teams.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback and constraints.
