AAA Service Network in Michigan is seeking an Insulation Sales Representative to educate homeowners about attic, wall, or crawlspace insulation and propose solutions that fit their goals and budget.

You will manage leads, represent at home shows and events, conduct property assessments, prepare proposals, and close deals, coordinating with technicians for smooth handoffs. Must have a valid driver's license; weekly pay and bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of proven success in B2C or B2B sales, ideally within construction, home improvement, HVAC, or insulation.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Familiarity with estimating software used in construction or insulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, qualify, and manage insulation leads; generate new business.
• Represent the company at home shows and outreach events.
• Assess properties and recommend insulation solutions.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
• Liaise with technicians and field managers for smooth handoffs.
