Job summary

Grafton Integrated Health Network in Winchester, VA is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Residential Instructor to support children in our Residential/Child Services program. You will participate in direct care and implement treatment plans under supervision, promoting safety, learning and positive behavior.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Starting pay ranges from $18.15 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age.
• High School Diploma or higher required; alternatives include GED, A.A., or B.S. in Human Services are preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrates basic computer skills: logging in, web navigation, and MS Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, safety and wellness of clients.
• Support client health and hygiene and follow infection control procedures.
• Document client behavior and participation accurately and timely.
• Follow and implement individual plans (Treatment Plan, IEP, ISP).
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure continuity of care.
