Qualifications

• Technical aptitude for mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs and meet customer preferences.
• Provide immediate problem-solving support to office staff and technicians.
• Monitor real-time technician schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Track completed jobs and perform follow-up calls to ensure expectations are met.
• Facilitate processing of completed jobs and accurate billing.
