Job summary

ProSkill Services in Anthem, AZ is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join our trusted team, focusing on warranty repairs, diagnostics, and customer service.

You will visit the Anthem Office daily, service residential systems, handle paperwork, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety and compliance across sites. The role offers growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work.
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.)
• Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
• Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms.
• Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently.
• Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job.
• Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkill’s trusted reputation.
