Job summary

ProSkill Services in Anthem, AZ is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join our trusted team. You’ll diagnose and repair residential systems under manufacturer/service contracts while delivering outstanding customer service on every visit.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, estimating repair needs, completing documentation, maintaining truck stock, and prioritizing safety. This role requires field work at Anthem office daily and a commitment to doing the job right

Qualifications

3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work.
Strong diagnostic skills across a range of residential systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.).
Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license where required.
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Ability to work independently in varied conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops).
Strong communication and a solutions-driven mindset when serving customers.

Responsibilities

Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contracts.
Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently.
Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job.
Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkill’s trusted reputation.
