Job summary

ProSkill Services in Anthem, AZ is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join our trusted team. You’ll diagnose and repair residential systems under manufacturer/service contracts while delivering outstanding customer service on every visit.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, estimating repair needs, completing documentation, maintaining truck stock, and prioritizing safety. This role requires field work at Anthem office daily and a commitment to doing the job right

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work.
• Strong diagnostic skills across a range of residential systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.).
• Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license where required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently in varied conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops).
• Strong communication and a solutions-driven mindset when serving customers.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

Pay Range: $21 USD - $30 USD
