Qualifications

• 3–5+ years HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work.
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.).
• Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces).
• Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms.
• Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently.
• Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job.
