ProSkill Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join our trusted team in Anthem, Arizona. You will perform warranty repairs, diagnose issues, and repair a range of residential systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Role requires 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a clean driving record. You will work on-site at the Anthem Office daily with a focus on safety, accuracy, and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work.
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.).
• Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops).
• Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms.
• Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently.
• Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job.
• Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkill’s trusted reputation.
