Qualifications

• Requires EPA Section 608 Certification and OSHA 10.
• 3+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to read and explain technical info.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, boilers).
• Perform routine PMs, tune-ups, and energy-efficiency recommendations.
• Perform start-up commissioning on new HVAC units and ensure proper operation.
• Present replacement options and collaborate with sales to close HVAC upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and handle customer communications.
