Job summary

Homeserve USA Energy Services is seeking an HVAC Installer/Technician to install, operate and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction during service visits.

The role requires MA licensure, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel within MA and RI. This is a full-time union position with competitive benefits and a focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps and related components.
• Ability to read instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams and specifications.
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain residential heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs during service visits.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with dispatch on work orders.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and a professional appearance.
