Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $23–$27/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 1 Residential HVAC Service Technician — someone with 1–2 years of field experience who’s ready to stop riding shotgun and start earning trust. You’ll run calls, troubleshoot issues, and handle repairs in residential settings, with guidance when you need it — but no one holding your hand.

You’ll deal with heat, cold, crawlspaces, demanding customers, and sometimes after-hours calls. It’s not easy — but it’s worth it if you want to move fast and grow sharp.

What You’ll Do:

• Run service calls on residential HVAC systems — with backup when needed

• Diagnose and repair heat pumps, furnaces, AC units, and mini splits

• Keep your truck stocked, your tools sharp, and your job notes tight

• Communicate with customers like a pro — no scripts, just clarity and respect

• Work long days, tough calls, and deliver results that hold up under pressure

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–2 years in residential HVAC or a similar mechanical trade

• Clean driver’s license and the ability to work independently
