Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for 100% residential work. You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential systems, delivering world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Technical school completion required for HVAC work.
• 3+ years HVAC experience is preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Read wiring diagrams and manuals to perform repairs.
• Provide accurate repair vs. replacement recommendations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks.
• Maintain customer communications and service quality.
