Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal certification required (NATE a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding issues and recommendations
• Identify upgrades and upsell opportunities to improve comfort and efficiency
• Assist with HVAC system installations and respond to emergencies
• Track repairs in ServiceTitan and maintain safety standards
