Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Solid electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.
• Professional communication and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioners.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Identify repair needs and clearly explain options and recommendations to homeowners.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Document completed work, recommendations, and system information accurately.
• Maintain assigned vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Deliver a professional, respectful customer experience on every call.
• Work safely and effectively in attics, crawlspaces, mechanical spaces, and outdoors.
